Graduate Education & Research Partnerships

The Office of Public and Community Affairs (OPCA) at NJIT plays an important role in supporting the university’s research mission and graduate education efforts through strategic partnerships and external engagement. We work closely with public agencies, private foundations, and higher education networks to bring new funding opportunities and collaborative programs to NJIT.

These partnerships help expand access to graduate programs, support research that addresses real-world challenges, and promote inclusive participation in science, technology, and innovation. Our efforts also focus on connecting NJIT’s academic strengths with regional and national priorities, strengthening the university’s role in advancing economic development, public service, and social impact.
