What to do if you are missing your package?

The first step is to track your package on the courier’s website.  To do this, you will need to ask the company that shipped your package what the tracking number is.  This tracking will show you where in the delivery process your package is.

If the tracking states that your package was delivered to the NJIT mailroom, but the mailroom states that they did not received it, please perform the steps outlined below:
